After inheriting my mother's house, I decided that I could save some money by terminating the monthly pool service and maintaining the pool by myself. The team at Mission Pool analyzed the sample of pool water that I took to their shop and determined that all chemicals were in the correct range. Rather than trying to sell a bunch of pool supplies to a pool newbie, they gave me some advice on specific items to check and recommended that I bring another sample in a week. Really appreciate the philosophy of taking care of your customer!

For years we've consulted with many pool "experts" to fix an issue with our in ground spa and no one was able to solve the issue. As it happens, we purchased a new heater and pump through Mission Pool and the installer, Greg was amazing. He had the curiosity and took the time to problem solve and tried various ways to fix our issue. It was quite a challenging problem and the solution seemed a bit drastic, so he called a co-worker for a 2nd opinion. They agreed and Greg proceeded to fix our spa and for the first time in 20 years, we had a fully functional, perfect spa. Thank you, Greg, for being so pleasant, curious and persistent.
