Office staff excellent, great listening skills, very knowledgeable, great attitudes.
James in x-ray considerate, good communication skills, kind, caring, patient, great attitude!
I liked that there was no time wasted by sitting around and waiting. The longest wait time I had during my visit today was about 45 seconds. The staff are friendly and professional. My Doctor did a thorough exam of my injury and was gentle during treatment. All in all, it took 30 minutes out of my day and I couldn’t have had a better experience, in my opinion. Thanks Memorial care Mission Viejo!!
Dr Ranjbaran was very compassionate qnd empathetic about my pain. She evaluated my problem very diligently and came up with a plan for “healing”.
