When our original stylist was unavailable she referred us to Diana. Since this was going to be for my daughters “Prom Hair Style” I was concerned especially because my daughter has curly textured hair and let’s face it she can be picky and who can her blame her it is after all Prom. My daughter expressed that Diana took into consideration her inspiration photos and heard her concerns. End result she absolutely loved her hair and it held beautifully the entire night. I've gone to Rachel B. twice and both times she did an excellent job! She has cut and dyed my hair (full color dye). She knows what she's doing and her customer service is excellent. She engages with her clients and remembers details from previous encounters. I can see that she cares about her clients and always gives a great experience.
