Dr Burdi performed an L4-L5 fusion on my back on 2/12/24. The disk ruptured and went into my spinal column causing intense pain down my leg. I was home 6 hours later with no more pain in my leg. 4 days after surgery I was able to stand at my desk all day and work. I only took pain pills to help sleep the first week, mostly because of stitches. It’s now 6 months later and I’m back to normal activities, including mountain biking 3 times a week! I’m so glad I chose to get the surgery and get my life back.

I had a cervical fusion c5-c6 due to a disk causing spinal stenosis. I also had some arthritis in my facet joint. I was very nervous to have the surgery. Dr. Burdi took the time to talk through all my options and the details of everything. I recovered very well and I am glad I had the procedure to relieve the pain I was having.
