I have been coming here off & on for over 15 years. I'm not one that keeps up on my beauty regimen, I tend to have last-minute needs & they have always tried their best to squeeze me for my beauty emergencies.

I have had waxing, manicures & pedicures done of all types.
They do one of the best dip nails & they last.
I have had issues with colors & they have been gracious to make the changes. Sometimes, colors don't turn out like examples, but they'll fix it. Whatever it is. They want you happy.
I have added waxes on at the last minute, & they get it done.
I appreciate the service they provide & with the atmosphere & pleasant people, it is a winner.

Incredibly patient staff of very kind people who I recently witnessed handle a customer who agree to a product (polish color) after they told her it was going to take multiple coats to get the light color to show up and then complains after it is applied. This banshee proceeds to scream at them aggressively and then leave without paying only to then leave a negative review trying to shame them. They just took it on the chin and politely asked this woman to leave. Went back to work as if nothing happened as this woman yells from outside as she writes her google review out loud. (yelling outside the door) Clearly an unhappy person trying to throw a fit a get free services....read full review

I’ve been going to cosmo for years and they are so friendly and perfectionist when it comes to nails! Also they can also do the designs you find online like the Hailey Bieber nails ❤️
