American Pool and Spa Repair

Mo is a straight up scammer and fraud! He claims his negative reviews are from people who had warranty claims denied BUT that wasn't my case. I PAID Mo $1200 for a new heater and pump. When my spa started leaking again, my handyman took a look and that "new" heater and pump that Mo installed was from 2009!!! My husband called him and wanted to work it out. Mo SCREAMED (like others have said) and accused us of lying to get something for free! My husband offered to send the pictures and Mo said he didn't want to see them. Technician arrived an hour late with an extremely rude attitude. I told him about the issue, he took a look and said nothing was wrong with it but there were other issues. He then messed with the valve and left. After he left the valve started leaking that was not leaking before. I've been trying to get a hold of them to come back and fix it but they won't answer. The other parts he said were broken checked out to be not broken by another guy. So my conclusion is they tried to make me believe I needed parts and service, on top of that they ruined the valve and now they are nowhere to be found. So if your like me and have a Home warranty, I went with First American home warranty, I wouldn't recommend them, if you can find a better one, I'd go with them. This is the 2nd time they have come to my home. First time they were quick, efficient, and no problems doing the work on my pool pump. The 2nd time just horrible, night and day feel behind them. Many of the negative reviews are on point, sad to because they came to my home 2 months ago, and no problems this time around they tell me they don't have access to the pool pump, apparently a 3ft wall is too high for them this time around.
