Mo is a straight up scammer and fraud! He claims his negative reviews are from people who had warranty claims denied BUT that wasn't my case. I PAID Mo $1200 for a new heater and pump. When my spa started leaking again, my handyman took a look and that "new" heater and pump that Mo installed was from 2009!!! My husband called him and wanted to work it out. Mo SCREAMED (like others have said) and accused us of lying to get something for free! My husband offered to send the pictures and Mo said he didn't want to see them. When we said we would leave a bad review, he said he didn't care because he already has so many. I guess we should have looked before we hired him. So, we are taking him to court. I gotta say it will be interesting if he screams at the judge like he does to anyone who questions him! Something is not "right" with him. He's a walking time bomb and unstable. There's no reasoning with him AND HE SCAMMED US! Not sure what alternate reality he lives in but I'll see him in court. Anyone who has a positive experience has to be friends or family. MO DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS. I'm posting the proof for you all, since he didn't even want to see it.

Technician arrived an hour late with an extremely rude attitude. I told him about the issue, he took a look and said nothing was wrong with it but there were other issues. He then messed with the valve and left. After he left the valve started leaking that was not leaking before. I've been trying to get a hold of them to come back and fix it but they won't answer. The other parts he said were broken checked out to be not broken by another guy. So my conclusion is they tried to make me believe I needed parts and service, on top of that they ruined the valve and now they are nowhere to be found. I recommend to look elsewhere for pool service. These guys are clearly not what they say. Terrible service and customer support!

So if your like me and have a Home warranty, I went with First American home warranty, I wouldn't recommend them, if you can find a better one, I'd go with them. This is the 2nd time they have come to my home. First time they were quick, efficient, and no problems doing the work on my pool pump. The 2nd time just horrible, night and day feel behind them. Many of the negative reviews are on point, sad to because they came to my home 2 months ago, and no problems this time around they tell me they don't have access to the pool pump, apparently a 3ft wall is too high for them this time around. And when u tried to call them the don't answer or text back. When my home warranty tries to call them they don't answer! Now my pool has gotten so bad I just want to cry, and for them it's not important enough to call back. So if your home warranty assigns them or your looking for someone who will act as a professional in pool repair these guys are not it. Otherwise your pool will look like mine does in the pictures.
