My sister and I made an appointment for pedi and bio gel manicure and first of all I got my pedicure and I was very unhappy with it. The lady left my big toe nail crooked and I tried telling her and she couldn't see it then they didn't start on my sisters pedi and bio gel till 11, an hour after our appointment... ask me if they did my gel nail? Nope they did not!!! I had been here about 5 times before and I thought I had found my perfect place! I'm sure not coming here again. They have a lot of appointments and they don't even have a full staff!! Horrible experience. I'm so sad cuz I keep running to the same problem.
Today I went in to do my pedicure and a full set short nails and honestly I always come here but today was the first time I left very disappointed and it's sad because nails are price today I spend almost $100 dollars here and to leave unhappy and telling themMy concerns in the front desk girl and another nail technician that was there not even a sorry or can we make it better or a discount nothing from them like if I was talking to the wall, Victor was my technician this evening first off all he didn't get the shape how I wanted it. I used to love this place, but it's become hit or miss for me. If they are busy, they rush the job. My 10 minute massage turned into 5 minutes. I had an appointment and still waited 30 minutes. Now, when they aren't busy and you have an appointment....nowhere better. They are a little pricey, but I never have issues with my gel lasting.
