We live in Northern California and were struggling to find a company in our area that specializes in fiberglass pool repairs/resurfacing at a reasonable price. Although Julian was not personally onsite during the project, he communicated daily with my husband and I by phone. Don asked my permission to make our customer lounge nicer than what the plans called for - at no additional price. Never met a contractor like this.
