The employees there were super friendly, informative, and they helped us out greatly. The dress was pretty dirty with mud on the bottom so they had to wash it a couple of extra times, they didn’t charge us extra for that. It was just one flat fee. We were very patient and didn’t need the dress back urgently and I’m glad we did cause it came out amazing. The packaging and boxing they do for the dress was really impressive too. We paid for the nice storage with the see thru plastic window on the box so we can see the dress without taking it out. In the end, my wife and I were really glad we came here.
