As soon as I walked into the clinic, I was greeted nicely by the staff and was offered something to drink. Then, we proceeded to get skin analysis done for my face. It was really great to be able to get a better understanding of my skin condition before committing to a certain treatment. And throughout the entire process, the staff was very thorough in explaining my skin condition, and did not force me to commit to a certain treatment. I got the "forever young lifting and revitalizing" ($289) to help with my dryer skin, and help with anti-aging and skin regeneration as I have acne scars. The staff also helped in extracting my blackheads. The treatment also included a lymphatic massage of the face, and head and neck massage. I could see my skin glowing after the treatment. They also gave a sweet treat to end the treatment - which I got a mochi filled with red bean. The clinic is location in a plaza with parking spaces!“

HOWEVER, the address of the facility MUST be updated ASAP. Google Maps is incorrect (it reads the location as 2557 Mowry “FLOOR 1”, when it’s actually Suite 22 on FLOOR 2).

AND the NAME on the plaque downstairs (Center For Dermatology, Cosmetic & Laser Surgery) does NOT match EITHER/ BOTH the names on the referral paperwork (East Bay Dermatology Medical Group), NOR in Google Maps (also East Bay Dermatology Medical Group).

This bad location data makes it EXTREMELY difficult/ confusing, especially for new patients (as well as older patients, and/ or non-native English speakers, seeking care in the office, many of whom are often on Medi-Cal/ Medi-Care).

I know that after my initially early arrival, I personally spent 10 minutes trying to find the office, thinking perhaps I had the wrong address, and nearly made me late for my scheduled procedure.

Updating name and location information should be made a top priority. Until
such time as the posted location info is updated, my online reviews will be 4 stars instead of the 5 stars I’d like to give. Thank you!“

The head therapy I received was pampering and was a good mix of massaging with hair treatments using fingers and massaging tools. My hair looks and feels great and is more bouncy. “So far I have been there twice, one full body massage in a private room and one foot massage in the common hall. I like to try different masseuse until I find the right one. Their response is very fast to schedule an appointment. They try to up-sell you for higher amount service. Foot massage in the common hall is $40 per hour. They do head and shoulders massage if you prefer on top of the foot soak and massage. When they get busy and people are piling up next to you for foot massage. The guy next to me was so relaxed that he started snoring. I need some social space! The private room massage was a more pleasant experience. For one-hour body massage or combo massage, you also get free foot scrub. I truly had a relaxing massage. You need to pay first before entering the massage hall or private room. On the reception counter, there is also a tipping guide line of 25-40% based on 60, 90 or 120 min massage. This makes me wonder how much does the masseuse actually get. I would go back and try more masseuse before I settle for an exclusive one.“
