10/10 recommend ITZI if you need your makeup done for literally any event. I don’t really wear makeup but wanted to be a little extra for a family wedding I was attending. I told her it would be outside, a little hot, and I wanted everything to last till the night at least and some sod products. And miss girl did just that! I got so many compliments and I was feelin myself! She was great to talk too and if I have any other events I am for sure going to her for her amazing art work! Love her! Thank you Itzi!
Customer service is kinda off.....I had to hunt down a sales associate for help, which is fine, but after swiping a lipstick I was interested in on her hand, she quickly ran off saying she needed to wash her hands. We waited for her to come back to tell us what shade of lipstick it was, but she never came back lol. I found her talking to her coworker at the register. I got the impression that she wasn't interested in making a sale or making sure I didn't have any more questions.
Terrible customer service. Mind your own business. I mean it is a minimum wage job ??♀️ ??♀️ then again it is in a lower income area so expect to not be treated like normal but instead a felon.
