I'm not one to leave bad reviews because i hate being that person but today is different. Imagine not being a morning person so you're already cranky and i hate coffee so i'm already mad as it is. I booked an appointment ONE MONTH in advanced based off one of the employees schedule saying "May 26th 9-10am will work" so i put a reminder on my calender and went on with my day. If someone had already "booked" that time the least you can do is remember that you put me that day and call or text me that i need to reschedule, maybe a week after we talked or even a day before the actual date so i didn't have to wake up to this.
