Very friendly staff, explained everything very clearly, communicative on documentation, provided lots of patience & attention. They were very gentle and polite when working with my cat. Offered safety & protective measures for the appointment (including clipping nails before exam, wrapping him in a thick blanket, talking sweetly to him to calm him, etc…)

Long wait time good service but long wait for alot of different things. Like spaying/neutering and vaccines as well. I don't know about the emergency side of the hospital luckily but I am not so sure they will serve you right away so be careful with your pet. Otherwise everything else is good and people were nice there as well.

Really enjoy this veterinary clinic. Super nice staff and clean facility. They have separate entrances for customers with cats and customers with dogs. Easy to make appointments. Services are a little pricey but they do a great job and my pet is always well taken care of. They also gave good advice over the phone when I called with a pet emergency late night and recommended a great 24 hour vet to take my cat to.
