Life savers! After calling several plumbing companies to fix a gas leak, finally found this one that had the proper equipment to detect and fix the leak. Explained the urgency to have our gas back, they had a Forman call me and schedule something ASAP. The foreman Gustavo was professional, prompt and understanding of our situation. He and his crew did a great job on the fixtures/repairs. They provided a quote and everything was done by a licensed contractor, PG&E certified contractor and with county permits. The job was done and our leak fixed. I would highly recommend Pacific Plumbing for anything you might need, hope it's never a gas leak.The prompt response of the staff as a whole is amazing, we truly appreciate everything. Responsive, prompt, professional, fair priced, and understanding = 5 STARS in all aspects and overall to the company and Gustavo and his team. GREAT JOB!

About 20 years ago, a friend of mine recommended Pacific Plumbing. Since them, I have been using Pacific Plumbing for all our plumbing work in our home. We have used them numerous times and have been very happy every time. We like them for two reasons: their competence and their honesty. First, they are competent. Their plumbers are very skilled and experienced. Their customer service is excellent. Second, they are honest. They do not try to gouge or sell unnecessary work. They use excellent parts. Pacific Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend many years ago, and I have recommended Pacific Plumbing to others who have all been very satisfied. It is hard to be excited about a plumbing company, but Pacific Plumbing is really great. I have been a loyal Pacific Plumbing customer for many years. In each and every case, the plumber was very skilled, efficient, and professional. They came today to my house to fix a leaky shower, replace a kitchen faucet, fix a leaky toilet, replace two outside faucets, drain the water heater, and snake two bathrooms, tasks accumulated due to COVID. As always, the plumber was outstanding. He had an assistant who was also fantastic. They both had a great attitude. In addition to their competence, Pacific Plumbing is very honest. They deal with customers with utmost integrity. They never overcharge or talk customers into unnecessary work. The owner, Joe, is an honest, decent man, and his staff are of the same mold.
