I started coming for acupuncture with Dr. Hays About 3 weeks ago, She is very professional as is her staff, Dr Hays equipment is excellent Top Quality.. She is totally engaged with making you feel better and asking questions about your health concerns. She has comfortable private rooms ..modern She's definitely looking out for you..

Really grateful to Robin for clearing up my daughters eczema. Before I came here I tried all kinds of things - 20+ lotions, changing diet using tiny health, eliminating trigger foods, using scent free shampoo soap and detergent, acupressure, and of course steroids. But after 5 years it was still a rollercoaster of eczema coming and going and getting very severe at times, making it hard for her to sleep at night. I came here and she used a combination of acupuncture using some electric hand held thing (instead of needles), and some method to decrease her flare ups which I won't describe here because I think you just have to try it. Now a lot of the foods and things that caused flare ups are much less severe. It'll help if you know what causes the flare ups (ex: foods, heat, pets, etc). Really grateful to find this place and a huge thank you to Robin and team.

I usually don't write reviews, but Robin Hayes deserved 5 STARS from the service she does to her patients. I have been to several acupuncturists in the past until I found Robin a few years ago, she is the best I ever had. She is very knowledgeable and professional, soft and precise with the needles, no, it doesn't hurt at all; I feel very relaxed after each treatment and helps me with my pain. The rooms are very private, relaxed, super clean and comfortable, her front desk staff are very friendly. If you are looking for a great acupuncturist, she is the one! Cielo from Milpitas.
