i only came to hair expo get my eyebrows cleaned up, and the wait was around 20 minutes because they had to help a few other customers before me. i was really happy with the results! the lady who did them for me was so nice, and she didn't take too much hair off like other local salons usually end up doing LOL

This has got to be a jem in the ruf. I was looking for a good barber and found Hair Expo. Jen is the stylist that I had cut my hair and was pleasantly pleased with her great cut. She makes sure that the cut is what I wanted and would ask if each step of the process. Now that she's cut my hair several times, she just ask me to show her how I like my cut and gets to work and finishes exactly the way I wanted my cut. I highly recommend this spot for anyone who is looking for a great stylist.

Will never get my hair cut anywhere else in the Bay Area!! This place is my go-to ever since I discovered it after college. I have very thick and straight Asian hair, and the dozens of stylists/barbers I've had in my life have never been able to get the layering and edges looking perfect. But the ladies at Hair Expo are super attentive to detail and get it right every time. They are super friendly and funny and if you become a regular, they will treat you like family. Not only is it the best haircut of my life, it's also at a (ridiculously) good price point. I always tip a lot extra because I feel like the cut is worth more than what they charge!
