I'm a franchise owner. Our business was purchased and started by my husband. Bad decision. Coverall underbids accounts to get the business then the accounts are sold to franchise owners x3 of the price. Monthly take is 15% plus insurance from the original bargained price. We know of the underbidding because we have been able to talk to outgoing contractors. Manager, Leslie Gamez, is quick to make sure money is taken from you, but when it comes to paying for what Coverall owes you, she doesn't make any effort to process it on time. Coverall and Leslie Gamez is a horrible combination to work with. DO NOT BUY THE FRANCHISE. DO NOT SIGN-UP. They don't give real support to franchisees. Coverall only treats franchise owners as cash cows.
Rosa Camacho does a great job cleaning our office! We saw a huge difference in service once we started using her. The sink is sparkling clean, the coffee maker is spotless! Amazing job! Highly recommend!
All of these terrible reviews are true. I would also give a zero if that was possible. I have been in business for 20+ years. I have never written a bad review. But I am so thoroughly disgusted by the cleaning crew. They have not shown up for the past 2 cleanings. They get busted often by not showing up. They never dust. They don't clean the bathrooms well. When they do show up it looks like all they do is take the trash out. They have left our doors unlocked when they leave, putting our office in jeopardy. They are the shadiest crew I've ever encountered!
