This is the best company for all of your electrical needs. They replaced my zinsko panel and informed me that these things are faulty and eventually lead to shorts, breaker issues and in some cases have started a fire. Thank you guys!
5 stars for the great work of the technician and 4 stars for the management.
Installed two Tesla Wall Connectors (EV home chargers). Everything went well (including the permitting process), but there were 2 issues:
1) we had to schedule inspection 2 times because the first time a printed permit was missing (next time the technician brought the printed permit and the process went through); easy fix for management - just always print the documents
2) the installation was done for 50 amps, when I asked for 60 amps as Tesla Wall Connectors are rated for 60 amps; had to research online if the 50 amp installation was fine for 60 amps (it was, expect... read full review
The recent storm pulled the service drop conduit off the side of our house. ARC answered my phone call and dispatched an electrician to start the repair work the same day, within a couple of hours. Two different crews came and the job was finally finished at 11pm the same night! I can't say enough about their professionalism, effectiveness, diligence, and communication. They will now become my go to. Recommended without hesitation!7
