Mercy is truly a godsend in my life. I had a rough spinal injury in early 2023, and my body was not responding much to physical therapy, and I was struggling to do basic things like walking. Eventually, my physical therapist kept recommending Pilates to me, and I searched the area for a Pilates instructor who could help me. I called Mercy around June 2023, and Mercy replied that she has worked with individuals with mild to severe conditions and believes she could help me. Had a major back injury for almost two years. Shooting pain down the leg and in the lower back. Spine doctor wanted to do surgery but sent me to Pilates in a last ditch effort. Apex knew exactly what to do. She fixed my back pain in three weeks. I wish I’d found them a year earlier.

Mercy is amazing. I've been going to her for several years and with the movement and stretching it's added years to my life. She's kind and fun and very knowledgeable.
