Dr Helen is the excellent. I have known her for 15 years and have been treated for several issues such as menopause/hot flashes, knee pains and most recently IBS/ colitis. I highly recommend you visit her for your issues.
Mina has really strong hands. If you are tough and go for hard massage, get Mina. She loosened all my stiff neck and back. I've been suffering from headache and my hands are numb. Just my first session with her and i feel like I was released from a decade of suffering. Few more sessions and I can have my life back!!! Their acupuncture is also great. They will ask you in the front if you have some problem areas so they can focus on it. It is really a great experience. I plan to do massage and acupuncture 2 to 3x a week for now. If it is ok.
