HELLO . FOR MY SITUATION AS BUSINESS OFFICE PROBLEM HAPPEN ON WEEKENDS , SO FAR SAHIR SHOW UP ON PROMISSING TIME 12.30 , REALLY APPRECIATED . HE EXPLAIND TO ME INDUCER MOTOR IS NOT GOOD TO PRODUCE 24V TO ACTIVATED OPEN GAS VALVE . ALSO TOO MUCH DUST ON MAIN CIRCUIT BOARD . HE RECOMENED CHANGED 7 ELECTRONIC ITEM /SYSTEM IS OVER 12 YEARS OLD . IT WAS NOT MY DESITION TO SPEND $1600 IN SHORT TIME AND ALSO IT WAS WEEKENDS . BUT TANX TO SAHIR JOB WELL DONE IN 2 HOURS AND SO FAR MY COLEE HASN'T HAD ANY HEATING ISSUUE.
I called about my furnace not giving heat. They had a tech, Hashem, was at our house within two hours of my call. He diagnosed the issue, went to get the part and had my furnace fixed within 2 hours. Great Service!
