Made a Yelp account just to leave a review--wish I'd seen the reviews sooner. Do not do business here. After 3 weeks, I'm still missing items. The man was very drunk--you could smell it on his breath and he couldn't walk straight. He ordered me to look around the back of the store for my items. It was dark with no lights and messy. When I refused, he called me every insulting word because I was "too scared" to go look. He even threatened me by flashing his military dog tags, then shouted "never F****** come back" when I left. I don't want you to go through what I had to. Please stay away. This man is bad news. His mom--the lady who helped me years before--was great. But I'm sad and shocked to see how much this place changed.

I brought 2 expensive dress shirts for alterations .1 month later 1 shirt was not sewn straight it looked like they did it by hand and the wrong size . The other shirt which was new cannot be found . I should have never left it to Danny he was inebriated at the time .Service: Alterations

It's really sad how much this place has declined, I used to like this cleaner and now it's just about the worst option. They will lose your clothes, take weeks longer than promised, and on three occasions in the past month I went during business hours and they were closed in the middle of the day. They ruined two pairs of pants but charged me anyway. The man who works there is incredibly disorganized and rude, and has made inappropriate comments to several women including myself who went in for alterations- do you want a strange man telling you how soft your skin is when you're getting pinned for alterations? I don't. The lovely older woman who does alterations and used to run this shop did a great job, but since this man took over she's disappeared, the quality has tanked, and I'm genuinely concerned about her. This guy showed up and seems to have trashed her business reputation, trashed the actual store, and has many reviews specifically addressing his poor behavior towards customers, and she apparently still does the alterations but is never present in the store. Is she okay?
