My 10 YR old Son has been attending Karate at One Martial Arts at their Millbrae location now for 3 years. The Teachers and All the Staff are phenomenal!! My Son loves Karate and he Excels here, and in school and I know One Martial Arts is to be praised for their Strength in promoting Strong Values, Lessons for Life, and Giving Lots of Fun to All who Attend. My 10-year-old was just not into team sports or other extracurricular activities. We really wanted an activity that would teach him discipline and the importance of working hard and practice, as well as getting exercise. Karate at One Martial Arts has been perfect for him. Classes are a combination of fun and hard work, and the teachers are excellent. We've seen his confidence grow against mean comments at school, too. Can't recommend One Martial Arts enough!
My kids have been going to OMA for 6 years. This school is very well run. The instructors are knowledgeable and caring. They are very supportive of the local community too. There’s a program for little kids right up to teens and adults
