On top of the service and the price, there is a community here. Kathy has been there for my high school graduation haircut, all the way to the haircut for my first interview. The hair stylists here are all friendly, and we converse like they're all my aunties and uncles. I also see other people coming in talking to the hair stylists as best friends would.
