Kathy is a perfectionist, she is excellent in her trade and only uses the very best permanent ink. I see her about every 15 years for a touch up on my eye liner. It will be a shame if she ever decides to retire
Kathy is wonderful & after a fair few years my eyeliner still looks great. I was checking in for a cataract surgery this morning & even got a compliment from the nurse! We moved to Oregon 4 years ago or I would be scheduling more "lovely" work. I would not trust anyone else to do permanent work on my face.
Cathy came highly recommended from a good friend of mine. I had been thinking about getting permanent under eyeliner for years and finally took the plunge. Not only did I get under eyeliner but I also had Cathy do my eyebrows and I feel amazing! It's great to wake up in the morning looking so much better without any makeup. but also having my eyebrows for years! I would highly recommend Cathy, she is precise, diligent and takes her time to make sure she gives you exactly what you're looking for.
