I walked into WinkOptics skeptical , just tagging along with a friend who needed her glasses fixed. I had no plans of buying anything. But then I started hearing about these Ray-Ban Metas, and Kaylee, who works there, came over and totally changed the game. She was super sweet and helped me pick out a pair that not only fit my face perfectly, but also matched my swagger--if I can say that. I thought they looked so good, I wore them to work the very next day, and one of my coworkers immediately wanted the exact same pair. I can't say enough good things about WinkOptics! I brought in my Cartier glasses, which another high-end optical store in San Francisco couldn't make transitional--either because the frames were too complex or they just didn't want to deal with it. But Kaeley and the owner Quynh at WinkOptics got the job done fast, efficiently, and with no hassle. They were both incredibly professional, kind, and clearly know what they're doing. My glasses came out perfect--I love how they look, and the transition lenses work beautifully. After two tries to get my glasses at the National chain that makes their own lenses I gave up. They just could not produce glasses that were right for my Rx. Decided to try Wink close to home. Results were amazing. Whatever lab they use has got it right. Lens material was superior and the required prisms worked. Add to that the caring service I got from the staff at Wink was superior. Yes, I paid more. Yes, it was worth it! Thank you.
