The owner takes very good care of her customers. I have been going here for more than ten years now and she is always welcoming and helpful. She takes the time to make sure the glasses fit well, work for what I need them for, and look good on me. Lovely shop, happy to recommend.

I love this store. I’m terrible at picking sunglasses (always going too small) and the owner took the time to pick out the RIGHT frames for my face. Excellent personalized service and high quality sunglasses. They also fixed a frame for a pair of readers for me too! Very knowledgeable and great to work with.

Two excellent professional encounters with WINK recently:1. dropped in with an older pair of frames that needed repair. Staff was polite professional and engaged with giving me a cost estimate and time frame for the repair: A send out which only took 2 days and cost $80 A few days earlier I had checked in with the store in SF I actually bought them from.Sadly, they were not engaged were stand off ish and told me at least 2 weeks and more than 100 bucks as an estimate.. Looks like I will not need to go back to SF any more.2. Had a comprehensive general eye exam with Dr. Nina Margolis- High level of personalization explanations of testing and findings. I have no need to go any place else ! Great work WINK Thank you
