My garden was overgrown with weeds and really needed help. I interviewed 4 different landscaping companies and Bill had the best quote for the big job needed. He completely landscaped my garden according to my vision of having a sort of French country garden. He installed a drip irrigation system that continues to save water use several years hence. He also provides monthly upkeep and is always responsive to my phone calls. I don't know what happened with the prior customer review, but I know from my personal experience with Bill that he would give an honest response regarding feasibility of landscaping a garden for a reasonable cost.
