What a horrible branch of any bank! I was making an interlink deposit using their ATM which malfunctioned and ate my checks. No receipt...I was lucky to get my own ATM card back. When I went inside to ask for help, it was absolutely terrible. The employee behind the desk said there was nothing he could do, the assistant manager was at lunch and she wouldn't do anything about it and the person with the ATM key wasn't around for 2 more days. The manager, who has the key, wouldn't be able to help me anyway, according to him, because I'm not a US Bank customer. Then why do you have an interlink banking ATM? How come every time I come to this location, it's closed? It's unacceptable to open 20 MINUTES LATE or just not open at all. You must have terrible management. This is the most convenient location for me, but I will always go to another location now. 3 times in a row, it's closed!! You are supposed to be open at 9 am, why are you still closed at 9:25?! I can clearly see employees, what are they doing? I'm about to close my account, this is getting ridiculous. You are a BANK get your life TOGETHER.
