I had a sciatica problem and received excellent care at Renew. I worked with a physical therapist the entire visit, rather than a PT Aid showing me my follow on exercises. I worked with Anna and Cassie, and both were excellent! When I had questions in between visits, they responded that day, either by phone or email. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. After my sciatica was resolved, I left with a maintenance set of exercises that will help prevent it from recurring. Very happy with Renew!
I was advised by my ENT doctor to work with Renew Physical Therapy as they specialize with TMJ, jaw and neck pain issues. Cassie and Hailey on two wonderful therapist who understand this issue and how painful and difficult TMJ issues can be. Over the past few months they have helped me with pain management as well as exercises to help ease the muscle tightness. It's a slow process to heal TMJ but they also are two that actually work directly within the jaw and mouth helping to ease the soreness while also helping me gain more mobility in my jaw. Truly appreciate their help. The front desk staff is also great Tamara is professional and kind and helps navigate insurance questions. Very happy with Renew team in Mill Valley
I was thrilled with my PT experience for hip/knee arthritis at Renew PT. The environment is great, bright, airy and spacious. My therapist Anna was really wonderful. She's very knowledgable, designed an effective stretching/exercise program for me and was very careful about making sure I was doing things the right way. I'm much stronger and more flexible now than when I started. All this and she has such an engaging personality that made my sessions really enjoyable.
