“Carolyn is such a seasoned pro, having sold real estate in Marin since the 1990's. When she found my house for me in 2015 it was so clear how her years of experience was such a huge benefit to me. First, she has been through multiple cycles of sellers' and buyers' markets, when interest rates are high or when they are low, and how these factors affect the market. Second, she is an active agent who is constantly viewing new listings and keeps up with what the homes actually sell for. This is crucial is being able to advise on setting a list price or what to offer on a purchase.
