I stopped by Pro Nails this afternoon (Memorial Day) and spoke with Amy about my needs. She had me immediately sit down and started to work on me right then and there. Amy is a pro, excellent at her trade, a perfectionist in her work. There is none better. And reasonable rates. When I got home I realized a had lost a pendant sometime during the day, and after checking my car and driveway, called Amy in case I had lost it there. She saved me retracing my steps for the entire day because she told me I was wearing it when I left there, and she even checked her parking area for me. With that information, I checked my car again and FOUND IT!! All in all, I would say, a wonderful experience.
I stumbled into this tiny salon on New Year's Eve when I discovered that my other go-to Mill Valley salon was closed for the day. And I think I may have found a new barber! Amy was kind enough to accept my walk-in/no reservation business. I just had to sit for 5 minutes while she finished administering a pedicure for another client. And before I knew it, I was in the barber's chair and she was cutting away. Amy was super sweet and friendly. I love that she starts and ends the haircut with a firm neck/shoulder massage. Really makes you feel comfy and relaxed. I don't have terribly much hair, so the whole thing didn't take too long. But I loved the hot towel rubdown (and did I mention the free neck/shoulder massage?). Best of all it was only $18 + $5 tip. Sure as hell better than Supercuts or anything else in town. I'll totally be back if/when my hair ever grows back.
I had a fantastic experience!! this morning was my first time coming to this nail and hair salon and Diane was wonderful!! She was very nice, she did my pedicure and cut my hair all in an hours time and did a thorough job ! thank you Diane for a wonderful experience:)!
