I had my first class at IFP with Marianne. I've had classes with Marianne at another studio. First, Marianne is a wonderful teacher. Although she teaches a class with others, she will provide individualized attention to each person. She is so warm and kind. I can't recommend her enough! Second, I love the feel of this studio. It's has a calm feel to it. The reformers are also amazing. 5 stars all around! Can't wait to come back.

Jackson is a wonderful instructor, he helps you to focus on what is taking place in your body while giving fantastic instruction and guidance on the movement task at hand. Times well and deliberate, one can deepen their movement practice. Thank you for the experience! Xo, SJ!!!

Internal Fire is real deal Pilates. Sharon the owner is highly trained and has decades of experience. Formerly a professional dancer and knows how to effectively addres chronic back pain. The teachers here are all great, and really know their stuff. Excellent core and whole body strengthening. I can’t recommend this little studio highly enough!
