I would like to commend your case Manager Estefani Barraga Cornelio for her professionalism, patience, and fortitude. I was very livid about a situation within their program. I was very irrate and malicious towards her, we where able to work that situation out, she managed to keep her composure and remain professional also I realize that she doesn't have a very easy job. I just wanna thank her for diligence and concerted effort .
