Our kitchen sink would not drain and that made my wife frantic. I called Carreker Plumbing and Jacob not only answered the phone but understood the urgency. Jacob said he would come by that same day at five and he showed up 15 minutes early...unbelievable! Jacob was curtious and professional. He fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes and charged almost nothing. My wife was delighted and I was impressed. I strongly recommend Carreker Plumbing.

The invoice didn't show parts or labor cost which I thought was high. I being a retired maintenance worker had pulled out the washer and dryer and even cut out the hole in the wall in which you cut out a little more to get to the leak and you also cut out more sheet rock that didn't need to be cut out that I now have to replace. Thank you for stopping the leak but you are way to high for what you did. Ask for a quote on another job and it was way too high. Being a senior and a veteran you might think about giving us a discount.

Jim came out on a recall from a previous plumber sent by our warranty company to correct a problem the other company did not fix. He gave us the white glove treatment. I have even called American Home Shield to let them know how pleased and grateful we are for the service we received. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.
