Crappiest ER, EVER. The service is crap. The restrooms are filthy. My 85 year old mom sat in a hallway all night and never got a bed. This was after a 4 hour wait in the waiting room. Avoid this ER. Drive somewhere else.

I came to see about my health but the way that they treat people that are hurt and in pain is really bad the nurses laugh or don't even check up on them they just watch or tell them to sit down and wait

91-year-old Mom admitted for covid complications and a sudden onset of greater confusion. She had a very lengthy ER stay in the hallway for lack of rooms. I gave the admitting clerk ALL her information. In the ER the nurse asked for this information. I gave it to her as well. Eventually when she was transferred to a room on the 3rd floor they asked me again for her information and had her address completely wrong. Does their computer system not update throughout the entire facility?! The next day I arrived for a visit and the floor nurse said they were trying to get a hold of me to get her information.
