They checked in with the ins. and where on the front lines with me when getting the approval. And the day my approval letter came through, I had a next day appt to get my leg vains fixed! It was amazing. My procedure was smooth, and Doc Manni is an old hat, making jokes to make me smile while I’m on the table. His nurses are amazing as well! Explain what’s going on to make you feel at ease. Could not ask for a better process. Thank you.“

The phlebotomist came in immediately and drew blood better than at the nearby lab. The doctor reviewed everything and gave recommendations and will send the report to my doctor. “I've been to this surgery center several times, twice for procedures by Dr. Garcia. Everything went great both times. Shannon at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. However, when I went for knee surgery by Dr. Beauchman, the anesthesiologist refused to let me have the surgery after seeing my arm, which had been in the hospital a week prior. My orthopedic surgeon came in wanting to know what had happened, and I told him to ask the anesthesiologist. When I called to reschedule the surgery, I was told I would have to see a cardiologist first. The cardiologist cleared me for surgery, but the baker's cyst in my knee, which had been there for at least two years, burst. I now have to get an MRI of my knee to see if I have a tear. If so, I will need surgery that should have been done sooner.“
