They have an easy app to navigate and will help you see an approximate time of waiting. Once you get to the salon you get greeted and told how long it will be. Quick and seamless hair cut.

Super sweet woman cut my son's hair out last visit, she was very thorough and asked him questions as to what he wanted and she delivered! Been going here for years and never had had a bad experience

1. You tell the stylist what kind of haircut you want. They may ask clarifying questions. Do your best to answer them. They will make a record of what they did for the next stylist who cuts your hair. What a good idea! And a photo of the desired hairstyle is always good.2. They cut your hair to your specifications. If it doesn't turn out as you expected, they will adjust it for you. Within reasonable parameters, of course, as they cannot put back the hair they've cut off. Also, it's important to remember that you are not exactly the same as the model in the photo and cutting your hair similarly won't make that so.3. You thank them and pay your bill. A tip is nice.
