This place has really improved over the past couple of years, I think due to their new physician, Dr. Tabrizi, and his work with the staff to really turn things around. (I think he might be their clinical director now?) I've been going here close to 10 years. I've had a couple of nurse practitioners who I really liked, but follow up by the front desk or medical assistants could be hit or miss in the past. What was most annoying is that I had three care providers who got ill or had to take leave. I have been a patient at Dignity for about 4 yrs. Since then, the once onerous time-comsuming registration times have improved. Support staff are polite & professional. Shebana my nurse practitioner is kind, caring, competant & responsive. This is no small feat, because thanks to corporate America, our health care providers are under intense pressure to churn out as many patients in as little time & with as few interventions as is humanly possible.

We love Dr Julianah Olabode aka Dr Nikki! The fact that she does zoom and in person appointment makes things so much easier for us. She has been such a big help the last four years and I don’t plan on seeing anybody else while we live in Merced. She is so warm and welcoming.
