Wonderful dermatologist who listens to all your concerns and questions. The front staff is also very nice and I've never had to wait a long time before being seen. The 40 minute drive to be seen by the doctor is totally worth it for me and I won't be going anywhere else.

My son needed to go there for a cyst removal on his face. The staff was very friendly and informative. We were seen in a short period of time and follow-up procedures were done very well. I would totally recommend this office. No pain or discomfort was felt by my son and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. Questions were answered promptly and thoroughly.

Our family have been seeing Dr. Pilkington since he came to Merced. On my last visit I was treated VERY RUDLY by the receptionist who was just NASTY and HATED being there. Her every action was rude and unprofessional towards doing her job. She continued to taunt me even as I was leaving the clinic,without being seen. Then I received a bill for $35.00 for not being seen and being DISRESPECTED by this Very Nasty receptionist. Now the Bright spot. I just called and spoke with Ashley in billing.
