Long story short, I found Raul by going through a third-party vendor and I got lucky enough to get Raul to install my blinds. From the outset, Raul was professional, prompt, and knew what he was doing. Having someone who is a complete stranger come into your house and do work can be a weird feeling, but Raul very quickly felt like a friend all while doing an amazing job. Raul installed all the shades and blinds in my new home in 2020. He presented many possibilities and was very patient with me in the decision-making process. The installation was great, and I've been very pleased. Fast forward to 2024 and I had a problem with one of my shades. I contacted Raul, and he came out the same day. He ordered the parts from Hunter Douglas and fixed it on his second trip to my home. Everything was covered, and there were no additional charges. Great customer service! I highly recommend Raul and Central Valley Shutters and Blinds.
