After reading all the 1 star reviews I realized some of these reviews were funny to read, since people now a days are so sensitive. Great shop been friends with the owners since I started going to the In-Shape next to it and time and the owners are so cool and chat every now and then.

Walked in for the first time yesterday and was greeted by the owner who helped me find a particular protein powder I was looking for. He was super friendly, professional, and I had a delicious smoothie. He was even nice enough to give me a free sample package of the protein powder! Definitely would recommend, great place all-around.

Great place to get what you need after a workout. The staff needs work on their customer service, they’re dry and speak only to tell you the price. Most of the time they’re just fooling around too, lame
