I came here starting November (25) after a friend recommended me to try it out. Lyz is truly gifted in her work. I initially started by taking my mother for some recovery therapy (after a work accident) and Lyz not only helped alleviate her pain but with a couple sessions my mother was able to stretch out her arms more naturally/freely.
I recently went in for a misalignment issue and she knew exactly where my pain points were. Definitely recommend her for body pains or a relaxing therapy massage. She also gave me great advice about PT stretches. 😊
I've been to several massage places due to my migraines and body aches and pains but there hasn't been one place that is like Lyz. After 3 visits I've been able to sleep well and my aches and pains have subsided. Lyz is very caring, kind, understanding, and personable. She really knows how to help her clients and adjust the massages to fit what ails you. After my third massage, I've decided to sign up for her monthly membership. I've referred my mom, relatives, and friends. My mom has also signed up for her monthly membership and my mom is quite picky due to her back surgery. Lyz is AMAZING at what she does! I would totally recommend her to anyone!
I've done sports all my life and have had back problems for god knows how long, when I seen Lyz, she targeted each spot I was having pain or stiffness in and I left feeling so relieved.
