There was a couple of minor call backs and Ace took care of them promptly. Everyone I talked to from office staff to owner to technicians were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

I recently reached out to Ace Air Conditioning and Heating for help with my AC unit, which was still under the manufacturer’s warranty but wasn’t cooling properly. Although Ace Air isn’t affiliated with the manufacturer, they went above and beyond to point me toward the correct service provider once I learned the warranty details had been miscommunicated to me by the manufacturer.
