Ace Air of Merced installed my New A/C unit a few years ago and still performance like new.
Robert K. Is a very knowledgeable technician. He has a positive and great attitude. My family and I are so happy with the services Ace Air provides. Even when you call in for service or maintenance you get great customer service from dispatch.

Robert came out to help us with our AC. He was KIND, and COMPASSIONATE about getting us up and running in this extreme HEAT. GREAT SERVICE Robert. We appreciate you and will call Ace if we have troubles again..THANK you all AGAIN

Our HVAC unit stopped working, and we called Ace Air to fix it. The repairman told us it needed one part to be replaced and the next day he returned to install it. Afterwards, the unit seemed to be working fine, but a problem arose hours later, and it was determined that the entire HVAC unit needed to be replaced. I called the company to request a refund for the repair to a unit that couldn't be fixed. To be honest, I expected them to explain why I wasn't entitled to a refund. I spoke to Jamie. She was very professional, understanding, and courteous. To my surprise, she promised that my debit card would be credited right away. So, even though Ace Air wasn't able to fix our HVAC (through no fault of their own), I appreciate their fairness in refunding my money. And, again, thanks to Jamie!
