Jorge arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection of the exterior and interior of two properties. He is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and very honest with his recommendations. He refrains from suggesting any treatment options until verifying the evidence of an infestation. He is patient with questions and explains the process proficiently to be easily understood. We had a couple companies come to our house in concord to do a termite inspection but ultimately decided on having vanguard do the thermidor treatment for the subterranean termites. We liked the very thorough inspection in which they took the time to go under the crawlspace and attic areas. Pricing was also reasonable for the work performed. Armando was especially great with all communication aspects and an expert at his job. He came the other day to do a follow up visit after 3 months and found a slow drip leak underneath the house while looking for any current termite activity. We had a termite issue in the master bedroom. Crew was professional, showed up as expected at a fair price. Minimally invasive procedure on the wall and no more termites along with a guarantee. Highly recommend.
