I came here for a much needed massage and facial for a spa day. This is my second time here and I can highly recommend them for any self care services. Booking is always easy online and they'll confirm by phone the day before. After checking in at the front desk I was given a quick tour of their rooms and where to wait for my massage therapist. They have lovely flavored water in each room and snacks offered were a bowl of fresh fruit, biscotti, dried fruit and nuts and chocolate covered almonds. Vibe - 9/10 I'll start with the vibe, as a Rosewood property I expect nothing short of tranquil and the spa didn't disappoint. It's spacious enough, they separate the ladies and gents for the fitting rooms, spa amenities and lounge; however they have a space that allow you to commingle if you came with multiple people. The only thing I wish was that the jacuzzi was bigger. I go to spas often. I was impressed with the treatments at this spa. I do like the spa's products. The lady at the front was able to get me in for a facial and body massage short notice. The amenities were average. Staff was very nice and friendly. I enjoyed my time there. If you get there a little early or a little late, the restaurant does have relaxing views.
