Working with Max over the past few months has helped me gain a lot of momentum with personal fitness journey -- from nutrition to cardio to dynamic movements to stretching. His personal stretching program for the last 5 min of each session is particularly helpful. He's also very open to structuring your goals based on what fitness goals you are trying to accomplish. Highly recommend!

Max is one of the top trainers I have worked with. When I started, I was post cancer treatments and was nervous to start training. Max helped me through with his trained observations. I am gaining the strength, flexibility and mobility that had been disappearing as well as the confidence to WANT to continue my training. Max’s workout style is varied and I have no doubt he can work with any age range. The newer facility he uses has plenty of machines and weights to have a great workout without many people. Great space for personalized training. Train with Max and you won’t be disappointed!
