We've been taking our cat (and now dog) there for many years. How good are they? Well, it's hard to know how good they are in comparison with other vets. However, this clinic was sold a few years ago and since then the fees have increased a very great deal.
I just moved from the South Bay and Peninsula was recommended. I needed to get in quickly for rabies and vaccinations for my pup. All went well, when I got there I was greeted by staff. It was busy, and I waited a tad longer. But it didn't matter, I really liked Dr. Ulla. She was personable. She got down on her knees to greet my dog who is 46 pounds. She reassured my pup and soon she was licking the vet! So big yay. I am thrilled to have found a great vet in Menlo Park!
I'm a long-time customer and PPH is a great place. I trust their opinion. The doctors, technicians and admins are friendly. It has a nice vibe. They were able to squeeze me in--my dog had a bad ear. He got good treatment and is back to his normal perky self. I see cats and all kinds of dogs in the waiting room. Grateful that we have this dedicated family business in our community! They are working hard for our fur babies
